1. Client services duties:
- Introduce LevelOne SAIGON’s services and products to clients;
- Help to work out Marketing programs, events and etc;
- Attend events, business functions or other meetings as needed to market and promote the LevelOne SAIGON business activities;
- Establish and maintain relationship with clients;
- Negotiate leasing terms, conditions and close deal with clients;
- Handle all demands; requests from clients;
- Support Client Services Manager to manage LevelOne SAIGON office and business operation.
2. Manage the front reception desk: Answer incoming calls, take and deliver messages; Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and correspondences; Meet and greet guests, respond to inquiries; Manage meeting booking and meeting facilities.
3. Administrative duties:
- Assist with office administration tasks;
- Client leasing contracts;
- Client information database;
- Office documentation;
- In charge of office inventories;
- In charge of office hand-over;
- Maintain a clean and safe environment;
- Contact suppliers for quotation, maintenance, etc.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
1. At least 1 year of experience.
2. College/University Graduation, major in: English, Business Administration, Economics or relevant Degrees.
3. Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
4. Great personality with strong energy.
5. Good organizational, negotiation, planning and multi-tasking skills.
6. Good knowledge of general administration and office protocol.
7. Good at computer/office skills.
8. Dynamic, active and hard-working.
9. Good looking is preferable.
