Support the head of commercial strategy in creating a clear strategy communication to all stakeholders (including C-Level), organizing & developing required documentation (e.g. proposal) to implement the strategy for commercial, and managing day to day operations.
Follow up and implement all the ad-hoc tasks - including but not being limited to: coordinate with BU to deliver reports, documenting MOM for key meetings hosted by CEO, review proposal, administrative tasks…) assigned by CEO as an Business Coordinator role in CEOO
COMMUNICATION
Internal (within VPB FC): All key stakeholders of commercial strategy dept.
Establish and maintain close rapport with all relevant parties such as other departments, divisions, business units to obtain support in delivering desired deliverables.
Vendors
Implement and deliver desired deliverables as per requests of CEO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Head of Commercial Strategy in governance and compliance , including:
Creating proposals in scope of commercial strategy generally and follow up them until they are fully approved
Review proposals from BU to CEO in assigned functions
Assist to prepare presentation deck on weekly and monthly basis to update operational activities of Commercial Strategy Department
Note & keep track of key progress updates from key stakeholders during key meetings
Acting as “translator” to business units to deliver CEO’s expectations:
Create and management effective communication to related parties to ensure implementation of CEO’s expectations.
Review the quality of the work completed by/with business units per CEO’s expectations.
Coordinate to deliver analysis & communication document required to support decisions of CEO.
Ad-hoc support tasks/projects
Keep track of project schedule and tasks assignments.
Aggregate content from various team members into a final report format under close supervision from Project/ Campaign Leads.
Administrative tasks
Coordinate appointment schedules and calendar, plan and schedule meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel and reservations for the team (if any).
Devise, manage and organize data and documentation systems including servers and internal drives.
Job Requirement
Master or Bachelor Degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics or Accounting, Risk management or any qualitative field
Min. 12 months of working experience in finance related such as banking, insurance, investment, etc.., in which: at least 06 months of experience in project management/participation in projects.
Excellent capability utilize Power-point to create a structured & easy to understand decks.
