Train and coach frontline staffs to achieve the best consultation and selling skills adheres to brand target.
Develop CM/SM/BA personnel skills in selling consultation, customer care and counter service / counter management.
Enhance best brand image via counter services and frontline image.
Train and coach CM/SM/BA/Therapist for the best grooming, product knowledge, and beauty techniques (skin check, make-up, massage).
Train new CM/SM/BA/Therapist and support in integration process. Develop knowledge of existing and new CM/SM/BA. Ensure know-how and expertise of the frontline according to the respective customer profile.
Develop, translate and implement annual training program in line with marketing plan; schedule training activities to develop sales techniques, service skills, and merchandising concepts to meet Sales and Marketing targets.
Design and develop appropriate instructional materials such as manuals, guidelines, audio and visual aids.
Establish objectives and develop measures to evaluate training effectiveness; ensure KPI’s being reached (new customer recruitment, transactions, link-selling, service, merchandising, grooming).
Present duty during events, training sessions, beauty workshops, seminars…
Deliver or facilitate external workshops, events, talk shows… to share the Brand’s philosophy and values.
Education: Bachelor Degree in pedagogy or relating fields (must).
English: business level, especially translating skills.
Computing: MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
Experience: 5+ years of training experience in cosmetics / health & beauty industry.
Strong knowledge about skin, make-up skills, cosmetics world and therapist technique.
Excellent presentation, customer orientation, consultation and communication skills.
Leadership skills to salesforce: experienced in management, motivation and coaching.
