Job Description

- Work in conjunction with factory and relevant departments to ensure maximum profitability.

- Provide critical assessment of all budgets and costs for factory and platform departments.

- Collaborate with factory to strategize ways to minimize production waste and loss.

- Understand the entire arc of the business and how productivity impacts to factory profitability.

- Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures.

- Work with relevant departments and propose clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals.

- Monitor projected expenditure against allowances made in the approved annual Budget.

- Prepare and Analyze Sales and Material Margin report and forecasts by weekly and monthly updates.

- Prepare of annual budget, forecast, and Cost Management plan including updates for approval by Top Management.

- Follow up and Control the Annual Budget. Monitor projected expenditure against allowances made in the approved annual Budget.

- Provide budget updates in such form and with such details as may be requested by the Top Management

- Inventory management and Follow up of all production issues and monitor their cost impact.

Working conditions:

Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.
Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday) & 08:00 - 12:00 (Saturday).

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.

- Minimum 4 years’ experience working in cost control.

- Have a good skill in Microsoft offices, Outlook, ERP system.

- Strong management and leadership skills.

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Solid networking and interpersonal skills.

- Able to generate budgets and reports.

- Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.

- Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads.

- Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems.
