Our client is a famous restaurant chain in the global market who is seeking a qualified candidate to joint their firm:
Create a company strategy that takes into account market research, a growth plan, the development of people, systems, and technology, as well as financial planning, etc. short, medium, and long term.
Implement investment decisions according to the business's strategy, as approved by the board of directors.
Deliver consistently high-quality Wow experiences by having a thorough grasp of restaurant operations and a strong focus on the needs of the customers.
Optimize sales and gross margin results in the country through working with the company’s concept, the company’s range, global strategies and national and local opportunities
Ensure implementation and compliance with the company manual/ rules and guidelines relating to the Company
Communicate and promote the restaurant goal and tasks within the Company organization to relevant stake holders.
Effectively manage and inspire your team, with particular reference to their selection, training and development
Coach your direct reports for them to manage their teams in line with the company and provide strong leadership to your team by your own example
Cooperate with HR on succession planning to build the organization functionally from within
Ensure that the Company meets all legal requirements and company policies for food safety and labeling in conjunction with the Food Safety Specialist
Overall responsible for ensuring compliance to legislative and the company’s requirements in the areas of Quality and Environment
Create connections with external stakeholders to keep the stakeholders informed of the results.
Job Requirement
BSc degree in Business Management or related majors
At least 10+ years of work experience
Proven experience in similar manager role
Experience in FMCG/Food & Beverages or related industry is an advantage
Strong communicative skills and high energy in motivating, inspiring and developing people (direct reports and matrix reports)
Ability to establish effective working relationships across the country and internationally
