Job Description

Our client is a famous restaurant chain in the global market who is seeking a qualified candidate to joint their firm:

  • Create a company strategy that takes into account market research, a growth plan, the development of people, systems, and technology, as well as financial planning, etc. short, medium, and long term.
  • Implement investment decisions according to the business's strategy, as approved by the board of directors.
  • Deliver consistently high-quality Wow experiences by having a thorough grasp of restaurant operations and a strong focus on the needs of the customers.
  • Optimize sales and gross margin results in the country through working with the company’s concept, the company’s range, global strategies and national and local opportunities
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with the company manual/ rules and guidelines relating to the Company
  • Communicate and promote the restaurant goal and tasks within the Company organization to relevant stake holders.
  • Effectively manage and inspire your team, with particular reference to their selection, training and development
  • Coach your direct reports for them to manage their teams in line with the company and provide strong leadership to your team by your own example
  • Cooperate with HR on succession planning to build the organization functionally from within
  • Ensure that the Company meets all legal requirements and company policies for food safety and labeling in conjunction with the Food Safety Specialist
  • Overall responsible for ensuring compliance to legislative and the company’s requirements in the areas of Quality and Environment
  • Create connections with external stakeholders to keep the stakeholders informed of the results.

Job Requirement

  • BSc degree in Business Management or related majors
  • At least 10+ years of work experience
  • Proven experience in similar manager role
  • Experience in FMCG/Food & Beverages or related industry is an advantage
  • Strong communicative skills and high energy in motivating, inspiring and developing people (direct reports and matrix reports)
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships across the country and internationally
  • Ability to work in a fast moving environment
  • Commercial Review, P&L, relevant KPI’s
