Employment Information

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Call customers who have delinquent debts in Front-end cycle (including Early-stage/ Mid-range) and Back-end cycle (including Late-stage/ Recovery) of all RBWM products

  • Handle inbound calls/emails when necessary

  • Resolve customer queries/ complaints if required

  • Support achievement of the HSBC vision, values, goals and culture in personal behaviour, actions

  • Demonstrate collaboration in action and challenge actions and behaviour that are not consistent with the best interests of the business and its customers

  • Provide ideas and feedbacks to improve existing ways of working

Job Requirement

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Possession communication and telecommunication skills
  • Good knowledge core banking products
