Job Description

Customer service:

  • Manage the customer feedback of all channels (facebook, email, hotline).
  • Prepare the report for customer service.
  • Support stores in daily activities to deal with customer’s issue.
  • Compose the content for customer service.

Loyalty program:

  • Analyze the loyalty program data.
  • Manage the loyalty program operation.
  • Deploy loyalty program campaign.

Job Requirement

Education: University Degree

Software skills : Excel, PowerPoint, Word,

English :Good written & oral English

Desirable Requirements :

  • Excellent communication skill
  • Customer oriented person
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to multi task, meet targets & deadlines
  • “Can do” attitude
  • Having over 2  years experience in customer service, customer relation management.
