- Set up and monitor customer journeys, and automations with static and dynamic content with actionable trigger points to drive conversion and engagement.
- Develop and execute CRM marketing programs across SMS, Email, App, Web and other channels.
- Work in partnership with other departments such as BI, IT, Consumer Insight, Trading to develop a deep understanding of user segmentation, behavior and customer journeys.
- Work closely with BI to ensure relevant data and structure is maintained.
- Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and conduct performance reports.
- Be the gatekeeper of CRM campaigns, monitor the campaign pipeline and optimize the communication frequency
Job Requirement
- Bachelor or advanced Degree.
- 2+ years of experience and having strong understanding and knowledge of CRM strategies and key success metrics.
- Good English communications.
- Data driven, excellent in analytics and mining dada excellent in using of any of CRM systems such as Mailchimp, SMS...
- Experience with statistical packages such as Power BI.
- Simple view or other CRM system management experience.
