Job Description

  • Providing feedback promptly to customer inquiries in professional manner (phone, email)
  • Speaking on the phone (Inbound & Outbound calls)
  • Following-up customer inquires
  • Finding the answers/solutions to customer queries/issues
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal and external departments.

Job Requirement

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, express experience is a plus
  • Friendly manner, can-do attitude and willingness to help at all times
  • Customer service orientation
  • Strong communication skills (both in verbal and written Vietnamese / English)
  • High EQ and good interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving skill
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Internet and Power Point
  • Hungry to learn and grow
  • Team player: able to work well with team members in a high pressure
  • High stress tolerance
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
