Job Description

- Follow up with detractors (from the Net Promoter Score survey) in a timely manner to understand their pain points and offer compensation to recover customer experience

- Participate in initiatives to alleviate user pain points

- Stay up to date about process and policy changes

- Collect and standardize user feedback from various sources (such as the Net Promoter Score survey, customer services tickets, etc)

- Work on other tasks as assigned by team lead

Job Requirement

- 1+ year of experience in Customer Services. Experience in e-commerce is a plus

- Attention to details, interested in learning about operations process

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer centric and result oriented

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Good English communication skill is a plus
