Job Description

- Support the BPO Supervisor in achieving business goals with CS BPO teams.

- Manage KPIs of CS BPO team to maintain at good scores.

- Identify issues attributing to BPO performance and good problem-solving.

- Recommend and assist in the implementation of changes to policy/ procedure as appropriate.

Job Requirement

- Goal better, data-driven, can-do attitude, open and supportive mindset.

- Communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency and fluctuation.
