Job Description

1. Receptions:

+ Welcoming guests and students

+ Handling calls

+ Performing Admin tasks

+ Making sure of tidiness and positivity for office

+ Updating Time-tables and Tariff for classes

+ Preparing materials to support the Academic department

2. Student Care:

+ Checking attendance

+ Monitoring students’ homework

+ Supporting teachers when needed

+ Preparing Tests and Certificates

+ Handling complaints, providing fair solutions to make students engaged

+ Working to increase satisfaction / retention / referral from students

Job Requirement

·         College / University graduated

·         Minimum 1-year Experience in Customer Relationship / Services

·         Customer-centric Attitude

·         Problem Solving and Analytical Abilities

·         Outgoing and Self-motivated Personality

·         Fluent in Vietnamese; English fluency is an advantage

·         Familiar with MS Office
