Job Description

First Alliances's client is a Singapore developer. Currently looking for Customer Service Executive (Chinese Speaking).

• Receive the inquiries, requests, complaints from customers by phone, online chat, email or in-person; accurately and timely respond to them.

• Coordinate with and follow up with the relevant departments to answer customers' inquiries as well as resolve the customers' requests, complaints… within the time frame specified by the company and/or as committed to customers.

• Execute the Customer satisfaction survey by phone, online chat, email or in-person when appropriate and the periodically survey in writing in order to get customers’ experience on products and service.

• Build and maintain deep relationships with relevant stakeholders: Customers, Authorities, Association, Suppliers, Industry Representatives, departments… to smoothen the Customer service process.

• Comply with customer service procedures and company regulations.

• Learning about products and services and keep up to date with changes, if any.

• Participate in seminar, conference, exhibition…or any training opportunities related to his/her job when assigned.

• Other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor

Job Requirement

• Min. 02 years experience in Customer service, Facility management, Construction, Engineering…. .

• Strong Customer Service Mind

• Good at making a report

• Chinese is must

• Having experience in Facility management is an advantage
