Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

  • To monitor day to day all accounts sites and locations effectively and accurately
  • Proactively in getting plan from customers and plan for repairing
  • To solve and handle the customer issues
  • To support CS, Operations, Sales, and KA on data management and administration
  • To achieve business targets as set down by Manager, Customer Service

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:

  • All customer's transactions recording and complete by end of each month
  • Handle the customer issues quickly and effectively, maintaining customer satisfaction levels
  • Working with other CS, Operations, KA and Sales Team members on matters pertaining to pooling activities
  • Ensure delivery services to meet customer demand by booking process
  • Providing daily and monthly reports to customers or internal team when required
  • Participate and support other departments when required on customer related matters
  • Other assignment from Manager, Customer Service and Manager, Operations

MOST FREQUENT CONTACTS:

  • Sales & Customer Services Manager
  • Sales, KA, Operation and Finance Team
  • Customers

PERFORMANCE MEASURES:

  • Ensure agreed performance measures are met on a regular basis

LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

  • Understand business process related to customers

  • Understand internal process around transactions processing

  • Teamwork

Job Requirement

  • Male or Female
  • At least 3 years of working in a Customer Service role and complaint handling function
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preferably strategic planning background)
  • Good problem solving and negotiation skills
  • High patience and tolerance in handling difficult situations and customers
  • Good team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with services minded and positive attitude
  • Good computer knowledge, especially in MS Office applications
