Job Description

* Customer Care: according to region

• Give instruction for sending samples

• Receive samples and send order confirmation

• Send order reports and instruction on customer’s payment

• Print and send analytical results by post

• Follow and remind customers to pay

* Solving complaints:

• Record and report customer’s complaints to the QA manager

• Feedback and explain the complaints to customers

* Commerce:

• Consult, establish quotation, construct contract under sales executive’ supervision

• Contribute to customer database

• Survey customer’s satisfaction

• Establish relationship with customers

• Cooperating with Sales to making customers’ profiles

* Other jobs:

• Contact local and foreign subcontractors for quotation and technical information

• Support send analytical results the customers via e-mail

Job Requirement

- Graduated University 
- At least 1 year experience working in related field
- Can communicate by English
- Willing to learn, active, good at communication
- Having customer service mindset
