Job Description

Job overview:

Provide Customer Service in a Call Center or other area of the operations to assigned customers and accounts. Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, complete order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle order processing:

  • Print out order receive from Customer Service Executive, check and match order, Fulfill order form, add loss, highlight information.

  • Input material checking file, input additional label checking file with Prepress.

  • Send OCF to Order Entry team for inputting order in the system.

  • Revise promised date/request date in system in case order changed, order held, update weekly shipment list.

  • Collect packing list from system and send out to customer as guidelines from Customer Service Executive.

2. Coordinate with other departments:

  • Communicate with internal departments for the arrangement of shipment, esp on Saturday.

  • To work as a team with Customer Service Executive to ensure the order process being handled smoothly.

  • Back-up team-members when workload makes this necessary.

  • Collaborate within team & another team to clear-off order pending daily.

3. Check and audit:

  • Cross check order before transferring Customer Service to avoid wrong key-in.

* Working location: Lot E01 Trung Tam Road, Long Hau IP, Can Giuoc, Long An, Vietnam. (Company is offering Employee Shuttle Bus)

* Working hours: 08:00 AM - 04:15 PM (Mon - Sat)

Job Requirement

  • College degree and above.

  • At least 01 working experience year.

  • Strong written, verbal skills in English or English-Chinese/Japanese/Korean bilingual.

  • Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes...

  • Detailed oriented and multitask skills.

  • Willing to work overtime in case of needed.
