Job Description

  • Check online orders to create POS and delivery form
  • Using chat system to answer customer’s questions
  • Prepare and sending online quotation
  • Responsible for the Hotlines for both online and retail
  • Check and inspect the stock in HN and HCM to delivery
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirement

  • Minimum of 1 years working experience in Customer Service
  • Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese with a nice clear voice
  • Computer Literate (MS Office) especially in Excel
  • Analytical ability
  • Problem-solving skill
  • Independent working
  • Time Management skills
  • Disciplined character
  • Team-work
  • Open mind
  • Honest and trustworthy
