Job Description

1. Answer telephone calls from customers with professional attitude and in line with SF call quality and productivity requirements;

2. Handle customer requests or problems shipments through tracing system effectively and in line with SF trace quality and productivity requirements;

3. Handle complaints from customers from time to time;

4. Process order placement through various company systems;

5. Manage and maintain data integrity in various SF Systems;

6. Perform other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor's Degree or above;

2. 2 years working experience in CS field, knowledge in logistics/express industry is preferred;

3. Chinese speaking is an advantage.

4. Proficiency in computer software like MS Office, typing;

5. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;

6. Customer oriented mindset, clear pronunciation, efficient and "can do" attitude, good team player;
