Respond promptly to client's and partner's inquiries and complaints on various channels (Livechat, instant Messages, phone calls).
Promote marketing promotions to clients and partners.
Direct partner’s cooperation opportunity to higher management.

Ensure smooth and efficient communication across departments.
Calculate and setup Rebate, IB tree structure, MAM system for sales and partners.
Open clients and partner's account, verifying their documents, banks account.
Coordinate with Human Resource department for sales’ onboard or exit.
Process clients’ transactions from bank transferring to their MT4 wallet.
Troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving system issues if it is within the department capabilities. Otherwise report the issues to higher management and or related departments (I.T, marketing, finance, sales).
Recording all issues and report to related departments and personnel.
Propose solutions and optimization.
Fluent in English or Mandarin Chinese.
Sharp learner and capable to adapt.
An aptitude for computing and system operating (Computer software).
Excellence in client service, mediation, and conflict resolving practices. Able to work under tension when receiving complaints from clients.
