Customer Service Senior Associate (HCMC)

Job Description

Reports directly to Customer Service Team Lead and support to manage Customer Experience (CX) team to improve CX & Net Promoter Score (NPS)

  • Effectively manage large amounts tasks from related departments without compromising on service standards
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve + excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle disputes, complaints and provide appropriate, timely and realistic solutions within the time limits
  • Keep records of customer interactions and do reporting to supervisor
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Being a member in creating an effective team by motivating, solving problems and dealing with conflict
  • Support Team leader build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with can-do attitude.
  • Support Team leader in deliver new projects/initiatives that coordination from multiple departments.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree is required, E-commerce is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience a Call Center/Customer Service environment or Customer service.
  • Good interpersonal skills, and good conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask, An effective listener and troubleshooter, attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced at Microsoft Office, especially basic Excel functions (Sum, Sumif, Vlookup, pivotable,v..v.)
  • Ability to work in a team as well as alone.
  • Positive, active and a can-do mindset
