Employment Information

Job Description

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with costumers and production lines.
  • Be excellent at communication with costumers by phone, via mail or in personal meeting.
  • Cooperate with customers and production team to follow up the sample production progress and all issues related to product quality in the workshops.
  • Ensure quality of data, request capture from customers in order to satisfy them accordingly.
  • Support all departments with any other business specific tasks.
  • As a specific requirement of this position you must go to the production workshop frequently

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree
  • Good command of English 
  • Strong communication skill 
  • Hard working and dynamic
  • Possess ability to make decisions to resolve any customer situation effectively
  • Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to changes in working requirements.
  • Ability to deal with pressurized situations calmly and efficiently
