Job Description

- Manage multiple accounts.
- Improve client engagement and promote the brand's best practices through client training and education.
- Owning the client life-cycle from contracts to renewals.
- Producing reports and presentations as required.
- Resolve client issues and implement solutions.
- Be up-to-date with product information and be a good brand ambassador.

Job Requirement

- Fresh graduate from bachelor/college. Pharma & Medicine major is required.
- Good understanding of online businesses & client servicing.
- Can work with deadlines and under pressure.
- Possess a strong sense of maturity and professionalism in the face of adversity.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and relationship building skills.
- Passion for building and maintaining relationships.
- A high level of cross-cultural and emotional intelligence.
