Business Objective Delivery:
- Inner Beauty is seeking qualified candidates with a background and/or strong interest in the nutrition field – Collagen film, for the position of Senior Customer Service. In this Ecommerce and After-sales role, you will be a primary contact by phone or email for customer inquiries about our products.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to the customer via the phone, email, hotline, live chat… inquiries regarding products
- Assist clients on order-on-line
- Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc
- Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
- Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools
- Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff.
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues
- Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
- Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree, nice voice, southern accent voice is preferred.
- 5 years experience in the FMCG industry/OTC industry.
- Good communicate
- Strong eCommerce background
- Solid understanding of brand development, trade marketing/promotion, and consumer goods industry dynamics.
- Experience and knowledge in health & beauty products will be an advantage
- Proactive & result-focused and follow up to the end
- Project management skills, get-things-done attitude
- Technical know-how with social media, search, websites, blogs, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate & able to work under high pressure.
