Job Description

Our client is a total solutions provider of quality components, engineering designs and supply chain services to electronics manufacturers in Asia.

We are looking for [1] potential candidate for Customer Services Specialist position with below details:

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to Electronics manufacturing services (EMS) customers, and following up on leads
  • Understanding EMS customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Send quotation to EMS customer, process EMS customer order
  • Expedite the resolution of EMS customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers on CRM
  • Coordinate with team members and other departments
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets

Job Requirement

  • Experience in working with EMS will be a plus
  • Bachelor of science degree or equivalent
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, strong listening skills
