Job Description

1. Salary & welfare management

• Updating and managing the system of tables describing unit titles

• Conducting analysis and evaluation of job performance of each title position in order to build an appropriate and fair wage structure and create motivation for employees;

• Building a fair and competitive Salary and Wage policy

• Organizing the implementation and guidance of Salary and Welfare policies for employees

2. Managing performance

• Deploying and monitoring the performance evaluation periodically as prescribed;

• Aggregating results and providing information to relevant departments of the Company;

• Update changes, adjust policies, and guide staff as needed

3. Coordinate with room personnel to perform other tasks when needed

Job Requirement

- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 - 5 years' relevant HR Experiences or equivalent in manufacturing

- Strong at C&B management and performance appraisal management
