Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

To support HR Manager to manage HR activities.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze and verify recruitment requests with Hiring Manager .
  • Execute the job advertisements and screen the candidates to fill in vacancy on time.
  • Prepare and review recruitment report.
  • Be responsible for all training in the company.
  • Develop and implement annual training plan and Individual Development Plan.
  • Organize all compulsory training for staff.
  • Be a key person to organize staff activities and staff engagement such as annual employee survey, annual declaration.
  • Supervise and make sure work attendance record are correct with time sheet.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in HRM, Business Administration or Hospitality Management
  • 3 years of working experience in the same position at a 5-star international chain hotel
  • Knowledgeable of Labor Law and Regulations
  • Systematic and logical thinking
  • Fluent in both speaking and writing English
  • Integrity and accountability
  • Ability to conduct internal training for staff and implement annual training plan and activities.
