Job Description

• Implement integrations requested by customers
• Deploy updates and fixes
• Provide Level 2 technical support
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Develop scripts to automate visualization
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Job Requirement

-          At least 2 years of experience as work with Cloud Environment.

-          Good in Containerize application like Docker.

-          Have experience work with kubernetes.

-          Familiar with CI/CD like Jenkins.

-          Have experienced of Cloud solutions: AWS.

-          Have Cloud Native Concept.

-          Knowledge about cloud security.

-          Experienced with Cloud Native Component: Centralize Logging (ELK, EFK), Monitoring (Prometheus, Jaeger) is a plus.

-          Experienced with Message Queue(Kafka, RabbitMq), Distributed Cache(Redis), Database (Postgres, MySQL).
