This role is part of UBank Sales Management Team, reporting into UBank Sales Center Director. The individual will need to work in Partnership with UBank sales management team and other key stake holders such Ops, Product, Marketing etc. to manage frontline sales requirement of processes, incentives, training, Marketing materials etc.
- Providing necessary enablers to Frontline sales team, that is required for them to deliver their KPIs
- Partner with BICC and Sales Channel Heads to manage the monthly incentive process
- Custodian of CPA management.
- Develop and Manage robust tracking process to measure Quality, Productivity and Individual Sales Channel’s profitability
- Provide Strategic input to Sales Management team and U Bank Management team on untapped opportunities for Sustainable Quality growth across channels
