Responsible for management of digital cooperation with potential partners, establishing and organizing function to implement and monitor digital partners, report about the implementation status to the CEO and PSMC and/or Board of Management to effectively manage the strategic cooperation with external parties, specifically in digital based business
COMMUNICATION
Internal (within VPB FC): All key stakeholders of projects
Cooperate with key stakeholders to create and implement business requirements
Establish and maintain close rapport with all relevant parties such as other departments, divisions, business units to obtain support in delivering desired deliverables.
External (outside VPB FC): Vendors to implement and manage cooperative programs/channels and deliver desired deliverables as per requests of BOM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan the Partnership – Establish the Partnership as the nature of a Project
Define the scope of the Partnership
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully launch the cooperation
Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to implement the cooperation
Develop a schedule for launch that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
Review the schedule with Line manager, Department Head and CEO; revise the schedule as required
Determine the objectives and measures upon which the partnership will be evaluated at its success criteria
Manage people
Build up a group of project members with appropriate skills for the project activities
Contract qualified consultants to work on the project as appropriate
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
Ensure that all project personnel receive appropriate motivation
Implement the project
Execute the project according to the project plan
Conduct project documentation according to Project Management standards
Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
Control the implementation
Ensure quality control of each partnership establishment by tracking, controlling and monitoring the progress, risks and issues of each project and report these to the CEO and PSMC/BOM
Ensure effective Stakeholders engagement by conducting regular project presentations and ad-hoc meetings/workshops as required.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Ensure that project milestones complete timely
Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to PSMC/BOM on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)
Evaluate the project
Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
Partner Management
Post-establishment (project implementation), responsible for maintaining and sustaining growth from those partners and manage established partner as a digital partnership channel
Build and maintain a professional, mutually beneficial and sustainable relationship with external partners of each cooperation
Establish relationship with external partners based on clear assessment criteria before starting projects
Set clear definition of roles and responsibilities of parties in the cooperation and assure VPB FC roles are met as well as having transparent and clearly documented and communicated monitoring mechanism between parties
Ensure all milestones and deliverables are clearly defined, communicated and complied in documentations with Partners
Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Banking, Economics, Risk Management or relevant areas
At least 3 years of working experience in Finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.)
At least 2 year of working experience in Project management/ participation in projects/ manage partners
Good interpersonal and communication skills (including fluent in English and Vietnamese)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Project)
Good presentation skill
Good problem solving and negotiation skill
Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under high pressure
