Job Description

The recruited position as Digital Executive will be responsible for Multi-Channel Engagement implementation and building other digital assets, working closely with brand managers to support digital innovation and customer engagement plans in Vietnam.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Plan and implement multichannel campaigns including email marketing, SMS marketing, webinar platforms, websites, other digital communication support tools (mobile apps/detailing/Video).
• Be responsible for customer engagement projects to transfer marketing plans into implemented activities and events within selected channels and vendors.
• Manage agencies (platform/applications/solutions creation) and third-party partners in Vietnam and with regional/global teams to implement digital activities in line with marketing strategies.
• Strongly coordinate with multiple stakeholders, e.g. Brand Managers, Sales Force Effectiveness team, Ethics and Compliance, Legal Affairs, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Event team, Procurement teams to deliver multi-channel activities.
• Analyze, evaluate and provide timely reports across key metrics to recommend and execute enhancements in multichannel campaigns.
• Research and explore the opportunities for digital innovation initiatives across channels.
• Drive traffic to websites through other digital advertising activities, e.g. SEM, SEO, media, …
• Keep tracking and report update on digital/media trend and competitor’s activities/spends.
• Other tasks assigned by managers according to business needs.

Job Requirement

Education: University degree in marketing, business, IT
Industry Experiences: Prefered working experience in healthcare/B2B industry or Digital service industry 
Position Experiences: Minimum 2-year experience of digital marketing in a similar business environment
Language: Fluent in Business English (written and spoken)
Computer: Proficient skills in MS Office, 
Knowledge/ Skills: 
- Proven experience in digital marketing (Webcast, Email, SMS, Video) with strong understanding about comprehensive frameworks of digital platforms.
- Strong communications skills
- Interpersonal skills, project management skills
- Proficient skills in using tools to track, report and analysis
