Job Description

  • Develop & monitor the execution of digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, media, and deliverables.
  • Leading ongoing management of digital touch points, including brand website, social assets, for maximum compliance and achieve maximum online reputation
  • Managing digital agency and relevance team to ensure material and ads run on time as well including timeline, KPI & activity commitments.
  • Work with related functions such as Brand, Purchasing, Corporate Affair, and others to efficiently convey digital campaign with 360o exploration.
  • Assist to Digital MKT Media planner & Optimization Senior Specialist to collect data supportting for full year strategy with appropriate budget & KPIs metrics.
  • Implement & monitor all media plans in THP including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting.
  • Develops and executes paid search campaign recommendations and optimizations in Google Adword.
  • Make campaign reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly meeting report with relevant teams (digital, brands...)
  • Analyzes web metrics, provides campaign effectiveness reports, and recommended optimizations when appropriate to improve media performance.
  • Evaluates & implementes efficient partnership/ sponsorship to maximize brand images & ROI on online campaign.
  • Weekly - monthly - quarterly reports for brand activity to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Due to the digital tool, monitor and make weekly - monthly - quarterly report of competitor for all campaign on digital enviroment.

Job Requirement

  • ·University graduate in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Has a real knowledge and experience of Facebook, Google ( Specially, knowing how to setup ads for campaigns in  Facebook, Google is a plus).
  • Has knowlege of website analytics tool: google analytics
  • Has knowledge about format / channel on digital media, Social Media, Video Platforms
  • Is able to identify key marketing insight and analyis data trends. Ability to effectively communication and report statistics
  • Has knowledge of competitive and behavior on marketplace FMCG ( Coming from digital buying agency is of advantage).
  • Has analytical skills and ability to relate to the Digital activities
