Job Description

  • Providing in house legal advice and support to the Company’s senior management, departments and affiliates.
  • Providing risk assessment and legal advices on company operational and development projects including drafting memoranda, reports and opinions.
  • Negotiating, reviewing and drafting Vietnamese and English language contracts and agreement, corporate documents and other legal governmental documents.
  • Reviewing and analyzing company’s credit facilities and liaise with finance department in order to develop a process to ensure compliance with required documentations and deliverables.
  • Coordinating with senior management and external counsel to obtain various governmental approvals for the Company’s development projects.
  • Assisting in developing, implementing and modifying the Company policies and procedures in accordance with the Company’s internal controls and standard operating procedures.
  • As necessary, assiting in credit facility restructure, company re-structure, fundraising activities, due diligence process and coordination of drafting definitive transaction agreements.
  • Liaising with the board members, presidents, directors, external counsels, consultants and suppliers on an as needs basis.
  • Monitoring compliances in term of labour laws, employment agreement and Company’s employee internal regulations and procedures.
  • Managing legal disputes and proceedings in connection to the Company and providing legal analysis as required.
  • Any other tasks and projects which may be reasonable assigned by the General Director, The Designee who appointed by the General Director (in writing to execute actions) or by Chief Legal Officer.

Job Requirement

  • Degree: Must have at least a Bachelor of Laws. Master of Business Administration is a plus
  • At least 10 year of relevant experiences, preferably in Hospitality and Real Estate.
  • Experience with legal project operations and management in-house or at a law firm (both preferred)
  • Skills: strong leadership and managerial skills, planning and team work, excellent communication negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written: Vietnamese and English.
  • Computer skill: Microsoft Office
