Responsible for working with distributors (MT: Modern Trade channel) to develop the distribution of the company's product
- Building and promoting relationship with distributors to expand MVC product
+ Contact Buyer Store Managers
+ Set up a meeting with customers as before list (Quarterly after reporting)
- Follow the strategy, trading contract & Conditions, follow business planning and progress
- Work with distributor on sales review, sales plans, follow promotion year plan/chek/update.
- Participate in preparation for the annual trading terms contract with key customers
- Supervisor activities of a distributor
- Negotiate with a distributor, retailers, wholesales for sales and marketing activities.
- Check the sales situation at the market, supermarkets, convenience stores, grocery stores.
- Create a marketing plan, and deploy plans to support sales at MT such as display, sampling, promotion...
- Making all report to Sales Managers in English
Responsible for working with small store's owners (GT: General Trade channel) to selling product
- Visit Client (1 or 2 days a week)
+ Visit GT store directory and build up a good relationship with Owners by your motobike
+ Visit a wide area one shop at a time.
+To expand develop the GT distribution network
- Business trip in Southern Vietnam (You will be in charge of the whole of Vietnam)
- Office work (about 4 days a week)
- Making report to the Manager in English
- Create sales plan, marketing plan, and implement plans to support a sale for GT
- Ensure to achieve the Target monthly - Quarterly - Yearly
- Bachelor's Degree
- English: Intermediate level (Can report by English fluently)
- Having 5 years sales experience in MT / GT channel in FMCG supplier (Non-food, Non-beverage category)
- Can use MS Excell/Word/PPT
