Job Description

- Manage, lead and grow 4 sales team and execute business strategy of the company is develop and grow Direct Sales channel and make this team to be the most revenue - contribution team in the future.
- Direct Sales Teams (Khách hàng trong nước miền Bắc và miền Nam)
- Global Major Accounts (Khách hàng toàn cầu)
- Partners + New Channel (Distributors/Dealers)
- Commercial Industrial Printers (Team bán Máy in sản xuất, công nghiệp)

Job Requirement

- Bachelor Degree
- Min 5 year experience in Sales B2B (IT, electronics, office supplies, printing)
- Experience in manage many teams at the same time (IT, electronics, office supplies, printing)
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong about strategic, business thinking, and rational
- The ability to connect, lead, motivate and inspire among team members.
- Sales experience in printing industry
