Job Description

1. Job purpose: Provide excellent experience to sales forces thru administrating Agents and rewards services
2. Key duties/Responsibilities:
* Distribution Admin:

  • Execute relating DS policies, guidelines and workflows, updating Sales agent licensing query and issues;
  • Manage & perform related procedures of Sales agents’ working cycle including profile/contract/license/AVICAD…
  • Sales profile data entry to the system
  • Handle & monitor all gift supplying services for Sales team (campaign/seminar/contest…);
  • Tracks and reports progress on agent activities;
  • Ensure that all operations and activities undertaken comply with legal & regulatory requirements and BIDV MetLife’s direction;
  • Perform related asset management process within assigned roles;
  • Provides basic sales and marketing ideas, trends, opportunities, and leads to external sellers;
  • Researches and directs special requests made by Sales team and acts as a liaison between the bank and operations;

* Distribution Services & Supports:

  • Support for training courses & workshops
  • Receive list of trainees from Sales Training for arrangement
  • Assists with tracking of sales
  • Assists with system management and updates of sales team;
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test scenarios and follow up with IT for fixing defects reported (Agents);
  • Monitor services quality and productivity to ensure fast and accurate process and cost efficiency;
  • Prepare and send-out related correspondence/follow-up.. to Sales team and track the delivery accurately and timely;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned/required.

Job Requirement

  • College/University Degree Economics/Trade/Finance/Banking/Insurance
  • Preferably with LOMA fundamental qualification (280/290/301)
  • At least 03-05 years in related insurance experience;
  • Distribution services to multi-channels with Sales management system experience preferred.
  • Customer service oriented & Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) ;
  • Good time management skill, and able to prioritize work to ensure efficiency;
  • Has a positive attitude and is a fast learner; 
  • Able to work under high pressure environment and able to work independently as well as in a team; 
  • Ability to process requests with accuracy and deliver within service standards; 
  • Willing to take on additional responsibilities/task when assigned.
