Job Description

  • Deliver a consistent onboarding process and customer experience on our websites.
  • This person’s team will also be accountable for achieving vendor set-up throughput targets, optimizing vendor compliance and efficiency through SLA targets, and partnering with banner executives on strategic initiatives to support business growth.
  • Drop Ship vendor compliance in order to maintain a high level of fulfillment optimization
  • Assist in developing and maintaining supplier partnerships
  • Manage current drop-ship vendor relationships
  • Manage the relationship with the 3rd party company that facilitates EDI to identify and onboard new drop ship vendors as well as expanded assortments, categories, problem solving, enhancement rollouts, reporting, and competitive analysis.
  • Create and monitor key KPI’s making recommendations for process improvements
  • Identify technology and process improvements to optimize and streamline operational excellence and program expansion.
  • Enhance reporting to provide for effective issues resolution
  • Effectively Manage programs, projects, and high priority initiatives
  • Troubleshooting of common issues, defect prioritization, testing & resolution, vendor reporting and partner education through training and documentation.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Job Requirement

  • The ideal candidate will have relevant direct and indirect experience in the following areas:
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain, eCommerce Operations or Consulting
  • Key required skills: SQL, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint
  • Aptitude to analyze data to identify trends, issues and opportunities
  • Ability to identify and manage priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to champion products throughout the organization, including to senior management and cross-functional groups
  • Capacity to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology
  • Minimal travel required

  • Self-motivated and action/results oriented
  • Managing and measuring work
  • Oracle RMS and Allocation experience a plus
