The E-commerce Specialist provides effective support to E-commerce Manager to ensure job completion and there by contribute to good results.
E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for working as a key member and will be instrumental in leading the day-to-day operations to address the integrated business operations to maximize revenue, profit and cost efficiencies while providing a rich e-commerce shopping experience
Develop E-commerce Strategy & Sales Plan for each Brand/Channel & build activities calendar for monthly/quarterly.
Drive sales, profitability & brand score through proper merchandising and overall presentation of specific category/Top 4 key platforms: Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, Sendo.
Work closely with E-Platforms & E-distributor to prepare and implement seasonal/ monthly campaigns and initiatives.
Build and develop strong relationship with E-platforms, E-distributor & internal departments
Identify ways to drive sales generation through business analysis; ensure action is taken to maximize sales potential
Recognize shopper triggers/barriers to define fast & appropriate action
Find & negotiate new business opportunities with new channels to expand the online business
Other tasks as directed
Digital Marketing & E-merchandising:
Work closely with Brand team for driving traffic to official stores monthly/ running activities directly to Online Channel to enhance brand awareness & online sales.
Propose & manage design layout (Landing Page/Shop in Shop), banner onsite as per guidelines with the Designers/ E-Platforms & Enablers to ensure strong communication & brand image.
Analysis & Reporting:
Sales analysis of each online E-Platform and of each activity
Product listing data analysis (sales, conversion rate, page views, rankings, pricing, etc.) to determine why products are trending up or down. Share the observations and the propose strategies to improve the issue.
Budget management and conduct expense/benefit analysis, discount rate check (Above the line, Below the line, ROI)
Competition benchmark (promo, pricing…)
Track performance (sell-in/ sell-out) per E-retailer, Partner and of each Brand to identify solution of development
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly report to E-commerce Manager.
Manage customer database and develop customer loyalty programs & increase new customers.
Manage E-distributor for online customer service.
2-3 years’ experience in E-commerce/Marketing/Media, strong background in E-commerce with experience/ used to work for Lazada, Shopee or Tiki will be an advantage (preferred in relevant industry)
Or strong profile in Enablers, used to work for E-distributors, and had experience when working in FMCG field.
Excellent communication skills, verbal & written English
Solid knowledge in shopper marketing, sharp and fast learning agile

The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis/ work under high demanding
Software skills: Excel, Power point, Word, MS office, clear understanding of internet
