Job Description

  • Manage Line 3 operation site and Manage Project Line 4
  • Implement fully standard 22th for Project
  • Ensure all employee and contractor follow Saint-Gobain EHS standard
  • Implement fully all Saint-Gobain SHEAR standards within factory.
  • Implement EHS sustainable system “P-D-C-A” with involvement all level.
  • Develop training plan base on training skill matrix and legal requirement
  • Carry out SHEAR audits from time to time and follow up with relevant parties to close gaps within an acceptable timeframe.
  • Maintain up to date factory SHEAR performance records and to prepare reports according to the reporting cycle.
  • Carry out accident investigations according to Saint-Gobain safety guidelines when required.
  • Promote actively SHEAR awareness amongst the factory staff and organize events from time to time.
  • Liaise and maintain a cordial working relationship with relevant authorities.
  • Monitor and ensure that SHEAR targets are achieved
  • Timely reporting and analysis of SHEAR statistics
  • Training of technical staff on SHEAR
  • Liaison with government agencies relevant to SHEAR
  • As WCM Safety & Environment pillar champion, to ensure that WCM targets are achieved.
  • Work with local authority for audit or any requirement
  • Coordinate all department to identify EHS risk and develop plan to reduce.

  • Number of critial risks improved per year and meet group standard.
  • Safety standard scores improvement.
  • Site risk audit score audited by XLgap and improved

  • Full EHS audited as group requirements for each site with results are improved every year.
  • Risk reduction project complete
  • Waste, energy consumption reduce
  • EHS pillar audit scores.
  • Incident reporting
  • Full EHS reporting system in time every month.

Job Requirement

Required experience and qualifications:

Qualification: College degree the major for Electrical, mechanical, Safety & environment.

Have least 2 years experience working in the Manufacturing.

Comunication English is fluent.
