• Planning for repair and maintenance of equipment (maintenance schedule, replacement equipment, personnel, expected maintenance costs, ...).
• Responsible and public supervision personnel in the operation, repair, and maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Implement improvement projects to improve productivity and reduce labor force.
• Supervising contractor to perform activities of construction, installation, improvement, renovation.
• Operational training, safety for workers.
• Report work by week / quarter / month / year for direct management.
• Perform other duties as required, coordination of their superiors.
• Coordinate personnel in PTC dept. – Electric , make sure the mechanic workers are available to serve 100% for Production team. Complete upper level tasks assigned.

• Making design drawing for electric drawing.

• Modify machines, equipment to increase productivity.

• Able to work rotating shifts on weekdays (when work arise).

Working conditions:

• Workplace: Lô 01-1, 01-2, 01-3, 01-4, đường Đ6, KCN Phước Đông, Xã Đôn Thuận, Huyện Trảng Bàng, Tỉnh Tây Ninh
• Working hour: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Saturday)

• Graduated from Technical University, major Automation/Mechatronics/Electrical;
• Minimum 2 years experience in technical field, preferably Diaper manufacturing or consumer goods industry;
• Having the ability to read and understand technical documents, having good English communication is an advantage.

* Skills:

• Knowledge about PLC programming, Inveter,Servo, HMI... Siemens knowledge is preferable. 
• Proficient in TIA Port's, Simotion, Microsoft office, Auto CAD.
• Team leader, project management, negotiation, good convincing, fast learning.
