Employee Engagement (90%)
- Successfully build good working engagement across key stakeholder groups, such as Sales, Legal, R&D, Supply Chain, Business Intelligence, Finance & Accounting etc.
- Partner with the Employer Branding and Strategic Devlelopemnt Team to facilitate, communicate and continuously improve the Voice of Employee Surveys, Internal Activities and Communications.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute Employee Engagement Survey reports, Employee Engagement initiatives
- Recommend and coordinate employee programs, such as wellness events, seminars, and other company events
- Manage and contribute to both planned and ad hoc projects in support of additional HR and Company initiatives
Learning Development (10%)
- Develop and implement a first-class onboarding program; as well as continually improve the onboarding process for both the new hire experience and the business operational efficiency
- Consults with the HR team and business leaders to assess needs and identify opportunities to build and implement appropriate learning and development solutions to engage our employees.
