Job Description:

Work with the project manager and customers and develop ERP training programs and agenda.
Conduct hands-on training sessions with lead consultants.
Provide software instruction and solutions to customer questions and process. You will be working with customers not just in Vietnam but also in the Asia Pacific and Europe.
Design workflow and process and provide help to customers for process testing and validation.
Learn and utilize internal tools and technology for project progress purposes.
Provide help and guidance to customers for data conversion and how-to-validate data.
Work with the development team to provide the customer with a design and configuration document corresponding to the recommended solutions and process.
Continuously improve skills with new modules and new version releases of the software.
Participate in testing and develop guidance for new products.

NHIỆM VỤ

Làm việc với quản lý dự án và khách hàng; phát triển các chương trình đào tạo và làm việc với ERP.
Tiến hành đào tạo kỹ thuật thực hành với các chuyên gia tư vấn.
Cung cấp hướng dẫn và giải pháp phần mềm cho khách hàng không chỉ ở Việt Nam mà còn ở Châu Á Thái Bình Dương và châu Âu.
Thiết kế quy trình và phương thức vận hành cho khách hàng.
Tìm hiểu, sử dụng các công cụ và công nghệ nội bộ để nâng cao tiến độ dự án.
Trợ giúp và hướng dẫn khách hàng chuyển đổi dữ liệu và phương thức xác thực dữ liệu.
Phối hợp với bộ phận phát triển để cung cấp cho khách hàng tài liệu thiết kế và cấu hình tương ứng với các giải pháp và quy trình được đề xuất.
Liên tục nâng cao kỹ năng vận hành các mô-đun, công cụ, và các phiên bản mới của phần mềm.
Tham gia thử nghiệm và hướng dẫn phát triển sản phẩm mới.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Technical Skills:

Fresh graduate in business/ economics/ technology degree.
Have knowledge about the enterprise business process is an advantage.
Have a background in accounting knowledge is an advantage.
Read/Understand technical English well. Good communication in English (listening/speaking/ writing). IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.

Soft skills:

Ability to research and grasp new technologies
Stress resilience
Time management
Independent worker and supportive team player
Strong writing and presentation skills in English, IELTS, or TOEFL or TOEIC is an advantage
Interest in business operations, such as manufacturing, finance, and distribution
