1. Working Location: 35 Nguyen Hue, Ben Nghe ward, Dist. 1, HCMC/ Lot I2, D1 Road, Saigon High Tech Park, Dist. 9, HCMC. 2. Working time: Monday-Friday, 8h-17h. 3.Objectives of the Position:
In this position, you will be responsible for company-wide coordination and strategic leadership of the Tialoc Vietnam Business Code of Conduct (BCoC) program. This includes monitoring the performance of the program and related activities on a continuing basis and taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include collecting, recording, managing, and analysing the information necessary to support the requirements of the Program and working collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with Program’s policies and procedures.
You are also required to oversee the site ISO management system program by working closely with internal stakeholders and external certification body.
4. Task and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an effective ethics and compliance program with sound internal controls to monitor adherence to them.
Proactively conduct audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses with timely closure of audit findings according to audit procedure.
Evaluate all business activities to assess compliance risks.
Address employees and business partners’ concerns or questions on legal compliance.
Keep abreast of internal standards, business goals and local laws, rules and regulations.
Lead the site’s preparation for ISO certification.
Educate and train employees and business partners on all relevant modules (e.g. BCoC, ISO).
Coordinate all activities related to the Intel SRC and all Controls Program updates.

Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management or related field.
2. Working Experience:
Preferably proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Internal Auditor.
Experience in risk management.
Preferably with knowledge of legal requirements, controls and ISO management systems.
A good understanding on managing training & development planning and coordination.
Experience leading, motivating and influencing cross-functional teams to accomplish goals while fostering a strong collaborative work environment.
Able to work independently and act as point of contact for internal and external partner questions or issues on regulatory requirements.
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Fluent in risk management and regulatory requirements.
Good knowledge in quality management system and audit skills.
Strong project management skills.
Advanced computer skills on MS Office.
Ability to communicate key policies and concepts to a broad employee base.
