RECRUITMENT FOR ENVY CLUB, QUI LOUNGE & BAO BEI RESTAURANT
- Regularly conduct sales calls to potential customers (corporate companies…) and convince customers to use our venue for event organization
- Conduct on-site inspection to potential companies.
- Prepares and ensures all Events Orders are distributed to concerned department in a timely manner.
- Spend time in each event and make sure the event are well managed by Operations team.
- Handles guest and employee’s inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found and ensures a prompt follow-up.
- Achieves the monthly and annual personal target contributing to the event revenue.
- At least 1 - 2 years at the same position in hotel, restaurant, convention center
- Good knowledge of event organization
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent selling skills & communication skills, negotiation
- Good communication in English & Vietnamese
- PC skills (Excel, Word, Windows, etc).
