Provide a bridge for smooth communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and tasks
Prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CM, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Propose appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Track action plans, commitments, deadlines of others to the executives and vice versa to ensure that priority activities are carried out and deadlines are met.
Handle complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to stakeholders
Prepare for a variety of internal and external meetings, including but not limit to booking meeting room, handling setup, distributing invitation distribution, writing minutes and preparing professional presentations
Ad-hoc special projects or initiatives that come up where your planning, coordination or involvement is requested by executives
Provide direct administrative support and assistance to the Country Manager to ensure office operations run efficiently

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Excellent time management skills and the high attention to detail
Well-developed organisational skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (both English and Vietnemse)
Proficiency in the use of Google and the Microsoft Office Suite is required
