Job Description

Includes, but not limits to:

  • Hands on responsibility for the full cycle Accounts Payable process (including AP aging & vendor’s unpaid balances) in HCM office in accordance with Company rule, local law and regulation in accounting and tax.
  • Review and verify payment instruction and supplier’s invoices/debit note & contracts to ensure the correctness with contractual term, and accuracy with related evidence and calculation.
  • Responsible to check, verify and confirm the correctness of VAT input and its reconciliation for monthly VAT input report declaration.
  • Interacting with management and suppliers to resolve any AP issues in a timely manner, and support Business Department with regard to AP accounting matters.
  • Assisting in month-end closing procedures including AP, accrual and over-due checking, and processing expense report for analysis and management.
  • Supervise and monitor fixed assets and non-fixed assets control together with Administration Department.
  • Other duties as assigned by Head of Treasury & Accounting Dept.

Job Requirement

1. Gender, age: Male or Female, up to 28 years old (born in 1990 or earlier years)   
2. Education & Experience: 

  • a- Bachelor Degree in Accounting.   
  • b- 5 years of working experience in Accounting Department with good accounting background.
  • c- Working experience in auditing company is an advantage.
  • d- Experience in SAP / ERP Account function is also an advantage.   

3. Skills & Expertise: 

  • a- Good English & Vietnamese communication skills (obtained or really potential to obtain TOEIC score at least 800).  * If the successful candidate hasn’t obtained 800-scored TOEIC Certificate within 2 years from employment starting date, he/she is required to submit an 800-scored TOEIC Certificate to the Company within 60 days from employment starting date, with full test-fee with “IIG Vietnam” to be sponsored by the Company.
  • b- Good presentation, time management, mentoring skills (“mentoring” means taking lead in his/her role for communicating/working with other Departments).
  • c- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.). 
  • d- Strong self-study and self-development ability.
  • e- Able to work under pressure, independently, while owning teamwork spirit.
