You will be involved in the management and maintenance of a portfolio of properties. You will plan and implement preventive maintenance programmes as well as manage the contractors and service providers to ensure that works carried out are satisfactory. You will also be expected to monitor term contracts and manage their costs effectively. In addition, you will be required to handle tenant’s requests in a timely manner as well as to identify, plan and initiate improvement works to enhance the value of the properties. Other responsibilities include assisting in lease management work such as monitoring the lease agreements, liaising with government on property tax matters, preparing management reports, budgeting and forecasting of expenses.
You should possess a Degree in Building Management or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience in property management service. To succeed in this role, you should possess good interpersonal skills, be able to handle difficult situations and work well in a fast-paced environment.
