Job Description

  • Be responsible for installation, operation, transfer of equipment & technology for customers.
  • Regularly take care of customers and build good relationship with customers.
  • Support customers in management and use equipment/machines/service that company provided. Manage and check product quality.
  • Update market information towards competitors’ products.
  • Support Sales team in sales activities.
  • Update information of potential customers, define and evaluate customers need.
  • Participate in training activities as required.
  • Propose improvements or enhancing the quality of customer care activities.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirement

  • Male. 
  • Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical, Electrical - Electronic, Automation, Chemical. 
  • Good command in English (can communicate fluently; can read and understand technical documentation thoroughly in English).  
  • Service and repair technician skills; strong self-learning ability; research skills of new technology/products. 
  • Communication skill, negotiation skill, willing to travel for business purpose as required. 
  • Be able to work individually and with team.  
  • Be proficiency in using information technology tools. 
  • Be active and flexible in solving problems, customer-service oriented. 
  • Have professional manner, learning agility. 
  • Be able to work under high pressure.  
  • Prefer candidates have working experience in foreign manufacturing companies.
