Job Description

  1. AR and AP bookkeeping
  2. Issue VAT and commercial invoice
  3. Checking sales invoice, sales reports and discount reports
  4. Check stock in notes and stock out notes
  5. Booking voucher of company expenses
  6. Preparing TT, cash receipt voucher, cash payment voucher
  7. Record cash receipt/ cash payable voucher, bank receipt/ bank payment voucher
  8. Trade AP reconciliation with suppliers
  9. Trade AP reporting, payment plan
  10. Value Added Tax
  11. VAT declaration monthly
  12. Report upon request by higher level

Job Requirement

Gender: Male or Female, from 25 to 27 years old;

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, Major:  Finance and Accounting

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the related field

Other requiments: 

Good at accounting knowledge, basic knowledge about taxes (Corporate, VAT) 

- Language: Good English communication (a Must)

- CV in English with photo

Working hours: Mon- Fri, alternative Saturdays
