Job Description

Our client is a British manufacturer and supplier of high performance chemicals for the construction industry, offers you very professional working environment and attractive package.

Working Location: Bac Ninh. Transportation from Ha Noi provided by the company.


  • Ensures that the company complies with group requirements in production of management accounts, statutory accounts, budgets, forecasts, strategy plans, audit of accounts and evaluation of capital expenditures
  • Participates in overall management by providing financial input to company management in arriving at business decisions
  • Prepares any reports required by Management or Government Authorities and assists the management in implementing systems and procedures to set up and improve finance operations
  • Responsible for proper bookkeeping of all transactions/accounts of the company in a timely manner, encoded in appropriate record/monitoring system, e.g. general ledger, etc.
  • Responsible for Credit Control activities to manage credit risks of the Company
  • Handles regular or periodic processing and immediate payment of all taxes, permits/licenses to appropriate government bodies, monthly, quarterly and annually – VAT, withholding tax, Income Tax, etc.
  • Manages treasury function of the Company including cashflow management for working capital maintenance of the Company and ensures that monthly minimum cash target is achieved
  • Performs reviews on standard costs of inventory on a timely basis to ensure relevance and reliability of data. Conduct regular stock take and review stocktaking results
  • Reviews, develops and improve internal control procedures ; formulate and implement financial policies to ensure high standards of financial controls and reporting
  • Ensures that all financial records and documents are maintained in an organised and updated filing system at all times
  • Ensures compliance of local laws (including taxation laws) as related to running of business and Mercantile laws applicable to the group
  • Handles other tasks that may be assigned by Management as the need arises
  • Monitor and develop the performance of finance staff and ensure succession plans are in place for key finance staff
  • Manage direct reports: Accountant

Job Requirement

  • University Degree
  • At least 5 yrs +  post qualification working experience as a Finance Manager
  • Good command of the English Language both written and spoken & good communication skills
  • Willingness to accept challenges and pressures at work
  • Experience with accounting software
  • Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant prefered
  • Exposure to manufacturing organisations and standard costing systems
