Job Description

The Internal Audit & Special Projects is responsible for the company internal audit system and procedure as well as special projects related to the company IAS, VAS and tax compliance

* Internal Audit

- For each legal entity, determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans

- Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives, policies, laws and regulations

- Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous data, flowchart etc…

- Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure that validity, compliance and risks control

- Identify loopholes and recommend risks aversion measure and costs savings

- Ensure continuous knowledge development regarding sectors’ rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performances standards

* Special Projects

- Identify and recommend projects aiming at improving the Group and the Group’s entities compliance to IAS, VAS, laws and regulations

* Project Accounting

- In coordination with the Finance Director prepare a Master Plan covering all Group entities

- Contribute to the definition of the new Accounting and Information System, (AX based) design aiming at providing the technical platform supporting the project, definition headed by the Finance Director

Job Requirement

- A degree in Financial Accounting and Management. A CPA or an MBA would be a big advantage

- At least 3 years’ experience in similar role

- Ideally experience in distribution sector (wholesale or retail)

- Professional apparence and friendly attitude

- Good verbal and written communication in English

- Self-motivated and self-starter with demonstrated ability to work effectively with colleagues in a team environment and with stakeholders from different culture backgrounds

- Very effective organizational skills

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good leadership and communication skills

- Able to work under pressure

- International banking experience is an asset

- Integrity and Honesty
